Head Coach - 2006,2007,2011 Girls, 2009 Boys

He has 15 years of coaching experience with TUSC in the competitive program, Academy program, Director of Academy and Director of Coaching. JD is currently the Director of Coaching at TUSC and Girls Director at RSC. Coaching teams of all ages and all levels, Winning AL State Cup multiple times with different age groups. JD has had numerous players receive scholarships and go play Collegiate soccer.

2010, 2012 Boys Coach

Jeramy has 10+ years of youth coaching experience and is a Co-Founder of SYSA's Storm Academy. He has served as the Director of Coaching and Academy Director at SYSA for the last 4 years. He has had multiple roles with the Springville Boys High School program.

Head Coach - 2012, 2013 Girls

Alan has 33 years of local coaching experience. Working for TUSC, BUSA and Hewitt Trussville's High School programs in his career. If you know soccer and are from the area you've crossed paths with Coach Alan.

Head Coach - 2013 Boys

Caleb was a standout player at Springville HS and recently finished a stint playing at West Alabama. He has spent the last 2 years with SYSA's Storm Academy as a boys coach. During those 2 years he has also been the head coach of a very successful Junior Varsity team at Springville High School. He is an excellent young coach with a bright future. We are fortunate to have him at RSC!

Assistant Coach - 2007, 2008 Boys

2 years of coaching experience with TUSC in the competitive program. Daniel came to TUSC from Rome, GA where he coached at the highest levels in that state. Daniel encourages players to reach their highest potential and guides them on pathways to reach their dreams. Daniel is also bilingual (English and Spanish).

Head Coach - 2007,2008 Boys

Eric Hansen has 20+ years of coaching at grassroots, academy, state league and high school soccer. Eric spent 10 years coaching high school teams at Moody High School and Leeds High School. He's been a key member of the academy coaching staff at SYSA's Storm Academy program for the last 4 years. Eric brings a wealth of experience and tactical knowledge to the club.

Assistant Coach - 2013 Girls

7yrs Coaching at TUSC, 4yrs with the Academy program. Coach Eric has a lovable personality with a passion to see players flourish. Using his skills from US Soccer Coaches Developmental Program to teach and guide his players. RSC is happy to have coach like Coach Eric.

9 years of coaching experience with TUSC in the competitive program and Academy program and in leadership roles within TUSC. Jason comes with a wealth of knowledge and has seen players develop on and off the field. Coach Jason has had multiple players receive scholarships and go play collegiate soccer at all levels in college as well as players becoming successful leaders of businesses. We are fortunate to have a coach like Coach Jason at RSC.

Coach - 2008 Girls

3 years of coaching experience with TUSC. She was a standout player at Hewitt Trussville High School and at the collegiate level at West Alabama. She is bilingual (English & Spanish). We're excited to have a young coach with so much promise on board at RSC!

Assistant Coach - 2013 Boys

1 1/2 years of coaching experience with TUSC in the competitive and Academy program. Matt is finishing up his studies through the US Soccer Coaches Developmental Program bringing fresh and exciting new ways to enhance each players performance. Matt is a former standout at HTHS, wearing the captain armband while representing his High School. Matt's club team at TUSC went 2 years back-back state champs. RSC is lucky to have a coach like Coach Matt!

Assistant Coach - 2012 Girls, 2012 Boys

6 years of coaching experience with TUSC in the competitive and Academy program. Pedro is a non-stop stop learner and is always being creative for the players to perform at their highest level. He's deeply invested in seeing young players learn the game and develop passion for it. Pedro is also bilingual (English and Spanish). We are fortunate to have him at RSC.

Assistant Coach - 2011 Girls

7 years of coaching experience with TUSC in the competitive and Academy program. Will is a former standout player from the University of Montevallo and HTHS. Will uses his collegiate experience to coach players towards their goals. Will has had multiple players go play college soccer and be successful. RSC is lucky to have a coach like Coach Will.

2011 Boys Coach

3 years of coaching experience, working both at the club level at TUSC as well as the high school level. Tyler was a standout HS player at Westbrook High School and has worked with both Junior Varsity and Varsity programs. We are excited to have Zyler on board with RSC.
